Pricing details and what’s included
Website services
- Care plan ($69/month) covers one WordPress site with up to 25 plugins, on hosting you provide. If one of our updates breaks something, we restore or fix it at no charge.
- Hack cleanup, hosting problems and premium plugin or theme licenses aren’t included in the care plan. Hack cleanup and hosting troubleshooting are billed hourly. Unused edit time doesn’t roll over.
- Hourly work has a 1-hour minimum, then 15-minute increments. New pages use your text and photos and include one round of revisions.
- You pay for plugins, themes, hosting, domains and payment processing fees.
- Website builds are 50% up front and 50% at launch. You provide the text and photos; copywriting is available as a quoted add-on. Extra revisions are billed hourly.
- You provide your logo. Don’t have one? Simple logo design is available as an add-on, starting at $200.
Billing
- Monthly plans are billed in advance and are month to month; cancel with 30 days’ notice.
- We accept credit cards, ACH bank transfers and Zelle. Credit card payments include a 3% processing fee; ACH and Zelle have no fee.
- Full terms are in your written service agreement.

Common questions
Who pays for software?
You do, directly to each provider, so the accounts and your data are always yours. That includes tools like your CRM, texting and email, QuickBooks, scheduling and integration services, plus any usage fees. Our fees cover setup, configuration, integration, testing and optional ongoing management. We’ll tell you what you need and what it costs before we start.
Who owns my accounts?
You do. We set everything up in your own accounts, and you can remove our access at any time. For your Google Business Profile, you stay the owner and we’re added as a manager.
I’m not very tech-savvy. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Every setup includes a walkthrough, and system setups include a 1-hour training session and a simple how-to guide written for your business.
Is there a contract?
There’s a simple written service agreement, but no long-term commitment. Monthly plans are month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice. Catch-up projects and setups are billed separately.
